Out of curiosity after reading Steve Gutenberg's latest review, I took a quick scout around the interwebs for real world pricing. It seems that Costco have a promo through 9/17 that drops the price from "low expectations" cheap to "what have I got to lose" cheap.

The nice people at Costco will sell you one for $115 right now, compared to the $150 review price

I think Steve is pointing to the relatively high performance to price ratio for a sound bar with Bluetooth capability. Is it HiFi? No, nor is it trying to be. But at that price, if it is enjoyable to use, provides much better sound than alternatives (around the same price and maybe even 3x higher), then...
