I need help obtaining service in North America. I don't think I am having any luck emailing through the website.
I would like to ask for help please? I emailed Bryston 3 business days ago to ask for a Return Authorization (RA) and haven't seen a response from them. I did resubmit a request after 2 days.

I can't afford to buy your products new so I have to buy used. I finally found a BP173 black 17 inch for what I feel was a fair price. When it got here it worked perfectly. About a week later the volume control started acting up when using it with the remote. 2 days later it died. It will light up but no sound and no relays click at all.
I desperately just want to get it shipped off to you to be repaired.
If the cost for the repair is not too horrible I believe I would like to have your DAC installed as well.
Can you please help get me an RA number and directions for shipping it to you?
