PM TDangelo about his satisfaction with the Carver 200 watt mono blocks.  He's owned alot of gear and says these are pretty darned good.  Now that the price is down to $6k via Emotiva ownership it sounds like a great deal.  And you can loan them to me as well! :thumb:

I am happy with my Rogue m180. I feel the Rogue a bit more dynamic and sparkle than my BAT VK6200. I also feel that the m180 sound best after 1hr or 1.5hr of running

Thought I'd update where I ended up with an integrated amplifier.

My new Rowland Continuum S2 is a beautiful sonic match with my SS8's (and it sure looks nice as well). It's got about 200 hours on it as of today and it's really opening up quite nicely.

Plenty of power and headroom (although I don't listen at loud levels) and finesse too!
