I'm back to this. I went two clicks up on the volume and it crosses just above 200Hz.

Click it 2 more clicks up on the volume, set the PEQ on to drop that 65hz bump -3db and see where that gets you. Either way, it's a nice little improvement on where you started.

Do you use Roon, or have some other DSP processing capability? You could add a bit of a boost around the crossover point to see if that helps.

Also, if you haven't done so already, play around with the phase control to see if you get any improvement. You could be getting some cancellation around the crossover point although I think it's more likely that the single NEO10 is just running out of steam at the bottom of its range.

Thanks again, folks. It's a busy place here at the Kanes house, with grandkids and lots of other distractions. Measurements will wait until its over. In the meantime, I'll bump the volume a few clicks.

I do have a flat pack waiting that takes 4-NOE10's and a NEO3 but they seem unobtainable.

I gave away all my DSP stuff and I had plenty. Couldn't stop twisting knobs.

Follow Jaytor's suggestion regarding phase adjustment first. Some out of phase cancellation at the crossover point is the most likely culprit. Adding boost won't fix the problem if there is cancellation occurring and may not even make a difference.

Should I crank on the subs a bit?

Have you set a time gate in REW for the measurements or is it just full 500mS data?

If you set the time gate just before the first room reflection time in REW it will give you a better idea of what the speakers output looks like without the room interactions.  Also set a smoothing filter to like 1/6 Octave to help after the time gate is applied.  You can do that with any existing measurement by setting the time gate in REW.

6.5ms time gate.

I would look at the sub XO frequency setting and adjust it up to flatten the response at crossover.

It's at 120Hz now I'll dial it back and listen.

I would not go lower.

Must be an A370PEQ series servo amp.  The HX300 series goes to 200Hz instead of 120Hz.

Do you have a picture of the servo amp settings?

Also need the other switch settings as they control the rolloff and servo response.

The switch on the left is on AVR.

Yep, turn the crossover point on the sub all the way up.  Also, my experience has been that with the subs placed close to the main speakers, then phase set to 0 usually gets you best sound and measurements.

They sound very good. I'm probably just looking for reassurance on my settings. These

are Wedgies we are dealing with.

Your settings are correct for maximum high frequency response for the A370PEQ.

You can get lower frequency response if you do not need HT mode and no phono.  You can turn off the rumble filter and set the servo for 14Hz.  If using a phono, then it is good.  Depends on the system.
