Finally finished my OB subs last weekend and after letting them break in for a week, all I have to say is WOW! This combination is pretty much the best setup I have ever heard and when I say that, I am comparing to 6 figure systems.

Have you tried pulling them out even further into the room, or is their non-listening position?

I imagine they'll sound even better if you haven't.

There is a little bit of an illusion going on with the picture. The Oticas are 3 feet away from the wall. They seem closer in the picture.

My Super 7’s sounded great 3’ from the front wall, but they became endgame speakers when I pulled them 5.5’ out. 

Try pulling them as close to your listening position as possible and then pushing them back a few inches at a time while listening.  You’ll know when you hit the right spot.  It may not look great but you’ll hear just how good they really are.

I got kicked out of my living room and had to setup shop in the basement. I think it actually worked out much better. These speakers seem to be doing better in a smaller room. Also gives me an easier time to play with different gear.
