Great customer service (and CD)

My Nuforce Ref. 9 failed, and I sent the Ref. 9 to be fixed.  It came back in a new "sock" (which I don't think the Ref. 9s originally had), with a new CD!  The CD kicks butt, by the way.  The service does, too.
