My son works for a paving company as a quality control manager. He found this on a fb group he is a part of called asphalt life. He's the Conner in the meme.

Hahaha, when I still worked for an engineering firm, I did the same with a ton of sites we built. I designed some awesome performing parking lots and swales... I do the same now with custom cars I mixed the paint for.
