It's Not The Sound It's The Service

Hello,

    As a new member to AudioCircle I would like to publically acknoweldge the extremely high level of service that I have recieved in my dealings with Louis over the past year.  I have purchased several of his speakers, and am obviously pleased with the sound and quality of construction.  It is however; the input that Louis provides; the ability to listen and make suggestions that elevates my dealings with him.  
    It is the way business should be done.

I haven't dealt with Louis at all, but I love the speakers. So for me, it's the sound.  8)
