Title: Caps Server or htpc power supply

Hi I am interested in building a new low power htpc music and video server with a power supply.

I understand the basic server supporting HD4000 video may have a 45-65 TDP processor and a sotm usb would you have a 12 V 230 VAC supply that can handle this load? I think these servers only need one rail or do you recommend mulitple?

If so how much would it cost?
