Hey all,
I've had this Stax tonearm for many years. I was going to rewire it with Cardas wire or the like when it suddenly developed a short. Well, It has some funky little connections in there and I got cold feet. Then it sat for a long time, then I got after it again and just "fixed it" and it works but I'd like to go back in there and do my original intended cable upgrades. I should also mention, all the places that do upgrades that I've contacted have no interest in working on this unit. If any of you are familiar with these odd beasts, I'd love to hear what you've done in them. Thanks! Beat
