Can a pre out be installed on a Vista I34 or the 5watt SET?

Just curious, would you use this for a powered sub?

Not exactly. I've built an Open Baffle speaker with a full range driver that would be driven by the Vista. It is 94 db efficient and does not require much power. The bass of the open baffle is produced with an Alpha 15. I have a 'filter' on the Alpha designed by Graham Maynard on the Open Baffle Forum called the 'T' Bass.  Currently driving this system is a 20 solid state amp. I am compromising the sound because the ss amp is not enough to drive the bass and it is not refined enough to do justice to the full range. Hence, a good tube amp for the full range and I have a much better solid state amp for the Alpha. So, I need to pre out in order to drive the 'bass' amp.
