Roku is both a hardware device and a streaming service, Sling is just a service that runs on other vendor's hardware including Roku. Are you looking for a hardware recommendation or a streaming service?

I prefer Youtube TV to Sling. Of the streaming devices such as Roku I like Amazon Firestick the best but the differences are slight. If you're an Apple person Apple TV is excellent technically and offers a few things the other devices don't but it's expensive. I stopped using additional devices when I got a new tv which has all the applications built in so no other devices needed.

Hard to say. If you look at the services sites they say 5 megabits/sec. but I doubt that. It depends on how many devices you have connected to your network. I would guess 50 would be minimum but I’m not really sure. I have 200 and about 20 devices and that seems to be sufficient.

I pay $50/mos for YouTube TV if that’s what you were asking about.
