Very rare, very collectible moving coil step-up transformer from Mitchell Cotter. One of the few items you will see for sale here that can actually appreciate in value. No box, no manual. Hookup is obvious and there is nothing to adjust, so if there ever was a manual I don't know what it would say besides congratulations.
