Title: 28b3 - Change LED color - Front Panel removal
Post by: Christo22 on 13 Sep 2020, 06:53 pm
How do you remove the front panel in oder to change the jumper?
I unscrewed the top.
Front panel moves but it seems to be locked somewhere under the amplifier...
Any idea?

Hi - are you sure you have to remove the front panel?  Did you contact Mike at Bryston?

Just finished.
Easy stuff.
1 - Put the amplifier on its rear handles on soft material...
2 - Unscrew TOP & BOTTOM panels.
3 - Disconnect the LED from motherboard (FLAT WHITE WIRE).
3 - Unscrew the FRONT Panel from aluminium rail (You'll see it easily).
4 - Move the jumper to BLUE.
5 - Put back together and test.

And... while I was there... I dust it off a little  8)
Just like a brand new one! ;)

Who in their right mind would voluntarily want to have blue LEDs in his/her listening room? :o Beats me!
