Jimi Hendrix said Terry Kaft of Chicago was the best he had ever seen. Kaft was self taught.

I liked Stevie Ray Vaughn and Prince quite a bit. What are your favorites?

Allan Holdsworth was playing in a small club in the USA, after the show Allan was in the dressing room relaxing when suddenly an unknown guy knocked on the door and enter on his knees saying compliments and praises and kissed Allan feet.
This guy was Eddie Van Halen an unknown at the time.
