Trial Period/Warranty
« on: 23 Jul 2009, 08:02 pm »
60-day Trial Period: Sometimes, a new accessory or upgrade does not provide optimal results right "out of the box." Some patience and diligence might be needed before achieving optimal results. That's one reason why we have a 60-day trial period with all of our products (though it almost never takes that long). If you need more time, just let us know; we'll accommodate any reasonable request.

Each audio system is an accumulation of many uniquely interdependent variables, and sometimes adjustments are needed to bring everything together optimally at a new level. For example, adjusting the placement of footers, toeing speakers in or out a little, adjusting VTA on a tonearm or spring tension on a plinth, removing "tweaks" like Sorbothane that resolve some issues but cause others. New accessories like cables and amps sometimes take a long time to break in well enough to assess how the system as a whole synergizes.

Occasionally, a new addition just might not fit in. If so, just mail the product back to Herbie's Audio Lab for a full refund of the purchase price (regular mail is fine). No "Return Authorization" or anything is needed--it's hassle free.

Before returning a product, however, I recommend contacting Herbie's Audio Lab by e-mail or phone. Most of the time, a solution can be found to accomplish your goal and bring your system up to the next level of performance.

Lifetime Warranty: All Herbie's Audo Lab products feature an unconditional lifetime warranty. If anything ever goes wrong, just return the product to Herbie's Audio Lab and it will be repaired or replaced and returned back to you at no cost.  :D
