The Gridfusor is one piece - not a lot of pieces glued together. It's actually cut using a hot-wire type of machine from a solid chunk of EPS.

Received my gridfusors the other day, they are one pc,super light.
I wasn't sure what to expect as far as what they can do to sound.
I put four up where two of the existing tiles were(ceiling first reflection),they fit perfect.
The room is 12wX19dX7.5h,I do have the tritraps in corners stacked to the top and 242's at first reflections and second.
I must say the difusors had me rethink what I was hearing,it is like listening to cd then going to LP.
The added space the diffusors give is very addictive(even in a smaller room).
The music definately was freed from their confined cabinets.
Totally impressed.I also have 3 up on my back wall.
I mounted mine with drywall screws(two in each)just touching the inside, and then touched up the screws with white out to blend in.
In my odd shaped room the Gridfusors gave me more of what I like, almost shaking hands with the musicians. Thanks to GIK,we've stepped up the music again :thumb:.

Thanks for the pics, I really liked the ones from the side angle. It really shows how much depth they have.

No problem,I believe they have a 5 1/2"depth and they are so light(maybe a few ounces)in total.
Easy to install as they just slide in the grid.
