D200's and a pair of Spendor S5e.

Hi, I have a buyer (same buyer who purchased my Cary 300B SE monoblocks) who's made me a good offer for my Cary/Montana SP301 loudspeakers.

I am thinking about mating the Spendor S5e loudspeakers with the Channel Islands D200's, (when I get em, still waiting for the UK consignment) would the spendors be a good match. Please look at the specs for the spendor S5e. Thanks.

Power handling 15 - 200 watts into 8 ohms unclipped
Sensitivity for 1W @ 1m 87dB
Impedance nominal 8 ohms
Impedance minimum 4.4 ohms
Crossover frequencies 700Hz and 4.5kHz
Harmonic distortion <1%  100Hz – 20kHz  90 dB @ 1m
Frequency response 52Hz-20kHz ± 3dB on reference axis
Frequency range-6dB at 40Hz

I haven't heard the Spendor/D-200 combination, but electrically, they're an excellent match.
