Here is one of the most important questions? ....On St. Pats, do you like your corned beef red or the traditional gray color? Also, if you have always hated boiled cabbage, load it up with vinegar and you'll begin to crave it......Happy St. Pats day......Mark K.

Corned beef and cabbage is an American notion of St. Patrick's day food, not an Irish one.  Salmon would be more traditional.  I guess I'm used to the red version made with sodium nitrate but any corned beef is good. :thumb:
