Anyone ever get a new faceplate for their unit?  Cost?

I have a damaged faceplate I would like to replace with a new one.  I think the $75 price is an upgrade price, not a replacement.  Would Odyssey be interested in taking back the damaged faceplate for some credit?

Only Klaus can answer that for you.

I know that when I bought my silver faceplates, he asked me to send my black ones back, I assume to resue on b-stock amps...but they were not damaged.  So I infer that his "upgrade" cost assumes you can provide him with acceptable stock plates.
