Lite DAC AH with upgraded op amps!
« on: 13 Jul 2007, 12:58 am »
I am selling this because I recently bought a new CD Player so its no longer needed. Its like new and I'm asking $160 shipped. Email me for pictures or any questions you might have......

The DAC AH uses 8 Phillips chips, and does not over sample. Instead, it uses a
technique that lines 8 Phillips TDA-1543 chips in a row. Feeding the signal from one
chip to the next corrects for any errors and is a substitute for over sampling. This
provides you with performance of some of the more modern CD players but at a
fraction of the cost. The DAC AH-M1 takes this architecture one step further  by
upgrading with the OPA27AM Op Amp for greater detail and clarity. In addition, we
install an op amp socket for future upgrades. The DAC AH offers a price/performance
capability unheard of in the industry. The non-over sampling architecture is new to
the industry and must be heard to be believed. Sony uses this similar architecture is the
SACD XA9000ES player where it uses 6 DACs in a row.

The DAC AH has an on/off switch on the front and an LED indicator for on/off. On
the back, there are inputs for Coax and optical inputs. Gold plated RCA jacks are on
the back.
