well deserved reputation for customer service, but it's easy to see where he learned it from or educated others.  I've had some problems with my Symphonic Line preamp lately  http://www.wildwoodrugby.com/thelatest.htm and they've come through like champs even with the language barrier.  3/17 post as well as later ones explain more.
