I have done this here in my shop with some diy interconnects I have used. I make the output leads for the MU step-up's out of the leadout wires from the tx103's with this same thinking in mind.
The hookup wire in most pre-amps I have made (at least through 2004/2005) was the Chimera Labs wire. His site is here:
http://www.chimeralabs.com/I think that wire is made by Neotech (same vendor as the internal wire used in my tvc's) then Chimera labs cryo treats it. They used to sell the bare wire on spools but I don't see it on the site now. Hope he still does sell it because I am due to get some more soon!
Chimera wire would be the closest to the same wire used inside the NOH's. The ones I made up here worked out great - although I have to say I don't spend time comparing cables here - too much time comparing transformers and other bits used in the pre-amps to compare cables too. I have a random assortment of diy and pre-made cables that I use here and the NOH tend to be quite forgiving of cable type - since the output impedance of tvc based pre-amps tends to be low.
