Title: My visit to Berkeley
Post by: Roger A. Modjeski on 11 May 2014, 05:04 am
I have just returned from visit to Berkeley, CA where I met many people interested in music and good sound equipment. I visited the Crucible where I found a well equipped studio and teaching facility for artists who work with metal, wood, glass and electronics. I would be happy to start there teaching basic electronics in their Kinetics and Electronics program with the hope of starting a course in high end audio as an art form, which many of us believe it is.

This would also be a great way to offer the classes to those outside the area via the internet. I prefer teaching to a live audience rather than a camera. I would be happy to hear from anyone who has a connection to the Crucible or knowledge of a similar facility in the SF Bay Area.
