HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE!Spin some records with loved ones.

TNP is doing a Facebook face off to pick their fan's favorite song. It's down to two songs from this album, Sing me Spanish Techno and The Bleeding Heart Show. Both good power pop songs, but not my two TNP favorites which would be Testament to Youth in Verse (Electric Version)  and Myriad Harbour (Challengers). Champions of Red Wine (Brill Bruisers) would be in my top 5.

Yes "Fragile" One Step

This is as good as the One Step Abraxas. Lots of stuff I never heard before, I believe, because it simply wasn't ON the older records. Amazing.
The bass is so punchy you may need to wear Kevlar. You have been warned!

Hi Paul,

How are you doing? I have not purchased any of the one step records. I might have to give this one a try.

Best,
Laura

Thanks Laura! As an orthopaedic surgeon who mainly does elective cases, I have become somewhat worthless/superfluous amazingly, with nothing to do! So, my records are now alphabetized, my Kallax IKEA shelves have little backstop strips to prevent the records from pushing out the other side, my maxed out VPI HW19 that I bought from JohnTheChairGuy has been fitted with a new VPI Zephyr cartridge and an Ortofon SE Mono cartridge on separate arms AND I had to waterproof my leaking AudioDesk Pro (I could send it in to be exchanged for a new one for 3K+!!!).

So I've been busy on the vinyl front, which is good since the virus is kicking butt in Michigan. Luckily all the AR-15 toting people are in Lansing far away from me!

I have a bunch of soundproofing stuff if you ever make it up to me (you can PM me) as Michigan is closer than Washington.

Oh, and there's no "might" on the Yes record. You MUST experience this to believe it!
