Title: Confused Newbie Q (apologies) Hoyt Bedford vs regular Omega Speakers?
Post by: Ultralight on 10 Dec 2014, 01:45 am
Apologies for what I am quite sure is a laughably basic question.  However, I've read through the site and must have missed something.

Visiting the Omega site, I see a link to Hoyt Bedford - but then both are by Omega Speakers?  And yet two different sites?

May I ask what the differences and pros/cons of the speakers.  I see that they are full range drivers but there must be some differences.

Thanks!

I'll second your questions with you although it appears that the Hoyt-Bedford models use an 8" driver typically between all the models.

Canada Rob once explained the differences to me, but I no longer remember much. Until he or Louis responds, you could take a look at the reviews in the link below. Notice there are a couple concerning the Hoyt-Bedford speakers.
