Newbie in Az
« on: 20 Jun 2022, 05:37 pm »
Hey guys, newbie here in AZ.  my very modest system is ml 60xt, m220 amps with the same brand preamp, and node 2i.  I bought these on clearance at best buy so I got quite a discount a few years ago. Recently with covide I decided I wanted to start looking for bucket list speakers. I've heard the focal Kanta 2 and I really like them alot.  That said, I think I owe it to myself to hear more speakers in that price range. So hoping to meet some people with speakers that I can't have access to in AZ.

  • To whom more was given more will be required.
    • Never go to a psychiatrist, adopt a straycat or dog. On the street they live only two years average.

I'm in Tucson and still rockin' with Salk speakers. Send me a PM if you ever head down South.

Phoenix has the AZ Audio Video Club. They have a mini-show scheduled for Saturday, August 27th, 2022, at the Fountain Hills Community Center.

My wife grew up in Glendale my SIL and MIL live in Peoria. Nice place your at I’ve played golf at Wigwam a couple of times great practice facility there too. Daughter and granddaughter just moved to Chandler. Will be visiting there more now who knows maybe relocate there in the near future. Good luck in the speaker search maybe start a thread in regards to your needs.
