Introduction

Hello!

I just found AudioCircle after being in the audiophile hobby for a little over two years now. I've spent most of my time with headphones but am now exploring speakers with more interest as I move into a bigger living space.

I've also been building up a vinyl collection over the last 4 or 5 years, so I'm starting to look around for turntable and cartridge upgrades and in general to dive deeper into that side of the hobby.

I'm looking forward to exploring the site and getting the opportunity to learn from everyone here!

Hi all audio Circle members.
I'm Guy Leduc formerly '' Guy 13 '' a few years back.
Not sure if the moderator will accept my joining to the circle,
just hope he accept.
I've left planet Vietnam as per my Vietnamese request
and we are now living permanently in Montreal, Canada.
I am now 74 years old with a few extra months.
Still interested in audio despite the fact that I am scaling down my audio belonging.
If accepted by the moderator, I will have some audio stuff for sale.
That's it for now. See you later...

Welcome Four Kneez!  Big move to loudspeakers from headphones.  The room is critical, avoid small, square, uninsulated, and hopefully undedicated.  Loudspeakers should fit the room.  Audition carefully, take notes, limit yourself to 3 or 4 loudspeakers per day, take your time.  And do yourself a favor and look into active monitors. 


Welcome back Guy.  It's supposed to be 96F next week here in Michigan, so hope you'll be happy.  My son is giving up on Phoenix, AZ as becoming too much like Los Angles (supposed to reach 110-115F there today) and moving to Wisconsin.
