Title: Virtue piano CD player

I own a Piano CDP but unfortunately it no longer reads cd,s when I load them. It just keeps spinning with no information and I have to eject the cd. .
Any suggestions on how to repair. Could the laser somehow be dirty ?

make sure you insure that puppy and require a signature.  fedex lost mine.
