Reduced to $2,700!  Speakers are located in zip code 22015.  You have seen the reviews posted earlier in the thread, but I should also mention that these can form the base of a superb home theater.  The soundstage really becomes apparent as you can hear effects wrapping around the sides even with only the two LS6s on.  Grab your amp, grab some music or a movie, and PM me to arrange a demo.

I posted some new pictures in the gallery in case anyone would like to see them.  The room is 11X20 and the television is a 42" for reference.  Even in a smallish untreated room, these still sound very nice.  Some toe-in made the difference with imaging and the soundstage.  Here is the link:

Holy crap, someone jump on these!! I've heard the prototype LS-6's and they were worth every penny and more of $2500! I don't think there's a speaker around that can even get close to their sound for $2500. I can't believe these aren't already gone....

Thanks for the comment.  I too continue to be impressed and think they are an amazing value at 2.5k.  The one nice thing about them not selling is I get to listen to them a little more:)

I have spent a couple of hours with the LS6 prototype and this is was the best thing that Danny had designed at the time.  Open and spacious with dynamics that are absolutely incredible.  At $4k these were a very good buy... at $2.5K it is an absolute steal.

That is indeed a great price...for a very good speaker.
