Another thread got me thinking about Super Bowl commercials. Years ago my wife (then fiance) and I went to a marketing research Super Bowl party where we had to grade each commercial. They fed you snacks and paid you $50 each to participate. It was pleasant.
What is your favorite commercial?

I'll watch the super bowl game. GO 49ers !!!!!!!. But I never listen to a game no matter what sport.
I listen to jazz radio 202.fm. It's playing right now. Probably on for 12 hours a day.
Commercial and half time are cocktail in my house.

You beat me to it. This is hands down the best, no contest, mic drop, peace out.
However this one was originally broadcast in October, it was so popular it was replayed during the Superbowl that year.

That ad reminds me of Rocky and Bulwinkle's episodes of herding worms. Now that's funny!

The very best 2020 Superbowl commercial... , by far far far best. Was the "Greek four words for love" commercial done by New York Life. I had SUPER GOOSEBUMPS for most of it. Amazing. Just wonderfully amazing.

I didn’t pay any attention to the commercials and I’m not sure why anyone does.
I thought the whole point of watching a football game was to watch the game.... :duh:

I also liked the Mr Peanut commercial. There is also a backstory to it.
I read that Planters was going to get rid of Mr Peanut as some old fashioned junk, and was making a commercial to have his funeral for the Superbowl ad. There was (naturally) an uproar.
Then Koby Bryant crash.. and it seemed having a commercial about a funeral would be in bad taste...
Well the commercial aired. it was a funeral.. but then they find the new 'baby' Mr. Peanut he starts making dolphin squeaking sounds.. The baby Mr Peanut says just kidding and asks where is his monocle.. It was really funny.

I missed most of the commercials because my delightful 2yo grandson apparently thinks commercials are the time to start hollering about a ball or the letter B and insists that you should be as captivated by these things as he is. And he's right.

He is right Letitroll. And remarkable he has the patience to wait for ads!
We don’t see the really cool ads in Canada. They sell ad space to CDN firms so we see those instead.
That’s usually when I start screaming about a ball!
