Title: You don’t need test equipment to measure satisfaction (TM)

Possible future Cherry Amp slogan.  Any comments ?

I'd be surprised if you can trademark such a statement of the obvious. Personally, I think it also suggests that your equipment measures poorly. It's also not really referencing your products in any way. Finally it sounds like it's supposed to be controversial and therefore interesting but in actuality the whole "listening vs measurement" debate/topic has already been beaten to death; mostly all it does is show everybody involved at their worst.

So if you're taking votes... :)

Some very good points in there!  Most frequently used slogan is currently “music should be sweet” (on CherryAmp.com).

That's clever, nice and short, I like it :) Perhaps also consider others like "small but satisfying" that refer to attributes of the product like that? (And that one is probably also good for a few jokes too...) Maybe some extra alliteration... "small but so.... satisfying", "small but supremely satisfying" although perhaps getting a bit clumsy.

Quite punnet. Someone might release a streamer called PlumPi and claim the trademark, then you'll be stuffed.



[Update] that last one probably doesn't translate very well, "stuffed" is Australian (?) slang for "in trouble" or "broken".
