Hi all, my new udac hp is not working. When i connect to my laptop, nothing happens and when i plug the headphones to dac and turn the knob i hear a continuous noise (noise volume is not changing by the position of the knob)
Software of a former usb sound card was installed in my computer but when i have uninstalled it didn't help. I have tried with different pc's and headphones-earphones but nothing has changed. What can i do?
