Has anyone ordered tubes from BEST300B in the past 6 months?  I ordered a pair of KR PX-4 tubes from them on Mar. 9 and received an email confirmation.  Then the pandemic really kicked in.  I haven't received the tubes.  And I've emailed them a couple of times but no response.

Any luck with this situation? I've considered ordering a pair of 300B's from them but after learning of your experience I've decided to look at other vendors. There are not many distributors of KR's around.

Wow.  I'm glad I posted here.  I just received an email from Frank, the founder of BEST300B, with an apology and that my order would be shipped out immediately.

Any particular suggestions?  I have Vinnie Rossi's L2i-se with DHT.  I've been watching the thread on his forum about which tubes to use with his DHT.  The other tubes I'd like to try one day are the Takatsuki 300b tubes.

Do not blame Kron - I had a bulk shipment sit in a warehouse in Prague for 6 weeks.  No flights out. 

Kron tubes are manufactured in lots of specific tubes.  There is at times a wait.  Then they were on vacation for August as most of Europe seems to.  Factory is now at 100% production.

It's amazing all the different opinions on the best 300B. I've been talking with a fellow on another forum who's a big KR fan when it comes 300B's and he seems very knowledgeable to say the least. I suspect system synergy is critical. I'm also considering the Pavane ACME's as they seem to gather the most universal praise at the present time, they have a 1 year warranty and they're under 1K. What 300B's do you consider better than the KR's. I'd like to keep the price under 1K.
