Couldn't wait for my cabinets to be built by DIYspeakercabinets.com so I lashed up a pair of realy horrible looking cabinets just to see what the kit sounds like.

They may look ugly but damn do they sound good. Can't wait to hear the real thing when the new cabs arrive with the BH5 etc added.

In my small room (12x13) they sound way better than anything else I've heard. I've had Proac 1sc's, Omega B200's and Zu Druids.


I'll update this thread when I get the cabs in 2-3 weeks.

I have always believed that ugly cabinets sound just as good as attractive looking cabinets :).  Unfortunately, my wife disagrees  :( .
