He offers a third party stepped attenuator that he says is really good.

I’m not getting a volume pot at all.

I'm sure the amp will be fine.

If anyone wants this amp I am willing to sell, when I get it. It has cap upgrades in the signal path, cost $160 for two.

He is having a problem with getting the metal chassis, to be fair how ever we decided to make mine out of wood.
