I have a B135 integrated and a BCD3 connected to an Audience AR2 power conditioner and a tuner connected to the B135 but not the AR2. When I plug our iPad charger into an outlet in the room, the integrated shuts down and indicates "thermal overload/other fault". What is the problem? I now charge the iPad elsewhere but was interested why the integrated shuts down. A bad AR@ or iPad charger? Thanks.
