Saw him a number of years ago up in your neck of the woods
w/ the Flecktones at Merlfest. Quite the character and memorable
for his talent.

i saw him at least 3 times - at the univ of pa in west phila - in washington dc - the academy of music in center cty phila - all with the Flecktones

he is incredible and very talented

I've seen Victor many times, last time was with Bela Fleck and the Flecktones on their Rocket Science tour at the Chautauqua auditorium in Boulder, CO. It's been too long! I also saw him perform with Stanley Clark in the Boulder Theater, that was a bass extravaganza!  :lol:

I do think his "Live in America" album is a great example of music delivering that "feel" he talks about. As one of the most technically talented bass players ever, he also really understands this deeply too, he's amazing.
