The ACI price points are higher than I first budgeted (about $2,900 for LCR and sub), but I am willing to spend more if I can hear these speakers.
I'm looking to hear the above speakers. I also need surround, but I can wait.
If I can't hear these, I'll go with the Ascend 340SEs. They have great sound at $568/pair, at least as good as any $1,000 pair bought in a store, probably $1,500.
Yes, I understand the wisdom of Internet direct.
And yes, I know I can return them in 30 days. I would just rather drive somewhere to hear them (although with gas so expensive these days...)
