I know they are 6sN7s
Are they anything special?

  • To whom more was given more will be required.
    • Never go to a psychiatrist, adopt a straycat or dog. On the street they live only two years average.

If they are vintage/NOS and new they are desirable.
Grafited tubes are some rare but block the cathodes view.
They are CRT or D getter?

Can you take photo of the date codes?  Might help narrow down where they were made if we know when.

I have no use for these and thought about selling them but have no idea how to go about selling tubes.
All I can tell you is that they work

Anyone interested PM me

Possibly. They may be a sought after type of VT-231 and worth a few hundred dollars if in new condition and quiet. I always suggest people sent their tubes to Andy at Vintage Tube Services and for a small fee he will test and grade them. Then you've got a starting point for selling without having to worry about someone receiving them and complaining about condition or microphonics. If you can't be bothered then sell them cheap and "as is, no returns".

And another example.

Looks like that recommendation to send them to Andy for testing and grading, and to get a value that is accurate, is a sound one.
