Hi,

When I disconnect the charger from the battery pack, the amp should still get juice and work, right?

Unplugged it today and the amp remains absolutely dead.

Sounds like dead battery, if you have a meter check battery voltage.

Also check the wiring. 

We're around the 2 year mark which is about when those batteries stop holding charge (if well used).

They're a commodity part - easy to find more anywhere in the world.

That's what I thought. Would explain the battery issue, although it's odd that the amp should still work with the charger connected to the batteries.

Got a new fuse today (the last one they had in the shop) and everything works fine.

Fuse has just blown on my battery pack ( M451):evil:, oh well just have to plug in my M901/JT Dynamic PSU :thumb: until l get some new fuses- life is a bitch isn't it.
