I was forced to buy a tablet with this annoying Android stuff on it.
Is there an Ad Blocker which works better than most?  Tablet is an Acer with a recent update.

Annoying Android stuff? Not sure what you mean. AFAIK, there are two OSes available for tablets: iOS and Android. Neither is perfect. Each has its partisans. From what I can see, neither is better than the other, but each has strong and weak points.

I would download and use the Firefox browser for Android. It has privacy features, as well as available add-ons that block ads and such.

I use AdBlockPlus, at least on my computer.  Never thought about using it on my phone. Good idea.
