hi,
I know most of icon user install ASIO4all and it works well, but don't you think nuforce should make one for icon series.Especially for HDP which retail price is $449.

Without a ASIO driver(or something like that) for windows.I wonder how they judge the performance of icon between windows and mac os when audition.

no offence to nuforce

We have no software stacks in Icon. We rely on standard USB Audio communication chip.

Cas, you still haven't answered why it needs to be native?  It would offer NO advantage, and probably work AGAINST MacOSX/Linux compatibility.

Then we will end up with people asking us every day how to install and setup the ASIO driver.  Oh no.
