OK, Dusty you got me, what is making that blue glow inside the D200's. I thought it was a reflection from the blue LED but there's a delay after the amps are turned on. Also how have you done regarding experimenting with potted versions of the transformers. Thanks.

The blue glow is an LED on the amp module indicating "on". It makes a nice look with the subtle glow through the chassis vents at night.

The potted prototypes seem very quiet even with bad AC waveforms, but we have to do more experimenting with this. The downside is they are too large in diameter to fix in the existing design.
