What is the difference between the Bryston Bp 20 and Bp26

Hello recently purchased a Bryston Bp 20 pre amp . I having a difficult time finding information about the unit . If possible can someone explain the meaning of rhe serial numbes . Thank yo .

The serial numbers work as follows:

Units made in Dwight use a 14 digit serial # that identifies the type of unit, the Year/Month it was made, and its sequence in production that month.

For example - 43120012208013 - the first 7 digits identify this as a BDA3, the next 4 digits (2208) tell us that it was made in August of 2022, and 013 tells us that it was the 13th BDA3 made in August.

This is definitely very different than Peterborough production serial #'s and date codes...
