Andy at Backert is great to deal with. He responds to their generic email address listed on their website. They have a trial period and he'll recommend tubes if you want a different flavor than the ones it comes with. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase one. As Tom mentioned above, Jose is a good guy to deal with also if you're in the Maryland area.
