ONE.2 low frequency jumper

When I move jumper from default setting to cut low freguencies positions, would it also affect sub woofer out in any way ?

Nope....you'll still have the sub out feature.

Ed is right, the jumper only effects the speaker outputs, the subwoofer output on the amp runs full range all the time. But, if you do change the jumper setting, you're going to have to change the crossover setting on your subwoofer to somewhere around 80 Hz, since the mains will no longer get any frequencies below that from the amp.
