Here's a good link describing bi-wiring:

Here's one on bi-amping:

You're gear is better suited to bi-wiring, since bi-amping requires a second amp (among other things)...

It looks like you can bi-wire easily with the MF gear--just one speaker wire (+ and -) from tweeter to one set of the left channel binding posts, another speaker wire from woofer to the other set of left channel binding posts. Same thing for the right speaker and right channel binding posts (disconnect the jumper that will come on the speakers).

You can try that first before deciding to bi-amp (which will need another amp) since you HAVE to bi-wire if you bi-amp. You use the pre-out jacks of the integrated to connect to the basic power amp, and connect either the tweeter OR woofer to the speaker binding posts of the power amp (the binding posts of your integrated are used to connect to the other driver).

You might just try connecting your speakers conventionally first (i.e. not bi-wired or bi-amped) and leave the speaker jumpers in place.

Here's a link to one speaker manufacturer's recommendations about bi-wiring or bi-amping his speakers. It includes some discussion of the theory along with his opinions about its effectiveness.
