50 cfm single fan 120v rack panel asssembly. Earlier version of this -

Purchased circa 2010 for StudioTech cabinet, not needed never used. Tested & works fine. Choose your direction of flow by flipping the fan assy front to back. Can no longer find a direct link to Middle Atlantic site, but appears they are still in production.

3 pairs of rack ears, (1) came with the StudioTech, the other (2) no longer remember where I got them.
