Ava vision slr preamp remote

What is the vision slr preamp's remote like? I can't find a picture of one... Is it a heavy duty metal one? Or a plastic one? How many buttons does it have? I would love to see a picture of someone has one

and it's durable too, I bounce mine off the wood floor at least once a month for years now and it still works perfectly.
